The Onboard App works on any powered Android or iOS device with access to a web browser and an internet connection. For simplification, we refer often to ‘tablets’ in our documentation, but the app will work just as well on smaller or larger devices. The steps of preparing your device. 1.Ensure the tablet is running the most up-to-date version of Android or iOS 2.Ensure that auto-updates are enabled in the Play Store/App Store settings. 3.Ensure the Android tablet has the Google Chrome browser and the iOS tablet has the Safari browser. If using an Android tablet, you can access the Onboard App as a native application on the Play Store. Be sure that location services are enabled on your device.
